You hung the shingle to practice your craft.
Not to run the business.
I work inside owner-led firms — financial advisors, therapists, consultants, trades — to tune the business so you can do the craft. Calendar, cash, clients, team, tech. No corporate playbook.
No pricing on the site — we scope during our discussion and outline the engagement together.
Most owners don't need another coach. They need an operator.
You know the craft. What's heavy is the business around it: follow-up falling through cracks, calendar that owns you, cash flow surprises, team that needs managing, tools that don't talk.
What I do
Map how work actually moves. Fix handoffs. Build simple systems that stick when I'm gone.
What I don't
No 90-day sprints, no jargon decks, no taking over your inbox. You stay the practitioner.
Built for the shingle-hangers
If clients hire YOU, not a brand, this is for you.
- Financial advisors — service model leaking time
- Therapy & wellness practices — scheduling, intake, no-shows
- Consultants & boutique firms — feast/famine, delivery slipping
- Trades & craft shops — crews, jobs, cash, parts
- Follow-up lives in your head → moves to a system
- Calendar owns you → calendar serves the business
- Cash is a surprise → 13-week view you trust
- Team needs you for everything → clear owners, fewer interruptions
- Tools don't talk → 2-3 tools that do 90% of the work
You don't need more software. You need fewer handoffs.
How I work — calm, practical, inside the business
1. 20-min fit check
Is there an operator problem? If yes, we agree on the one outcome that matters in 90 days.
2. Map week
I shadow how work actually moves — not what your SOP says. We find the 3 leaks that cost you time and money.
3. Tune & handoff
We fix the leaks with simple systems, clear owners, and a dashboard you’ll actually look at. I leave; the system stays.
Fractional, not full-time. Inside, not overhead.
- Typically 1-2 days/week for 90 days to start
- On-site + remote mix — whatever the work needs
- No retainer forever. Goal is you don’t need me
- Scope + fee outlined after fit check, in an engagement letter
I don’t publish my cell to avoid bots. If you want a call, leave your number — I’ll call you.
Start with a conversation
No form goes to a bot list. It opens an email draft to me. If you prefer a call, leave your number and I’ll call you — my number stays private until I reach out.
